Data controller

CAM Grupo, located at Unidad Municipal Administrativa (UMA), planta baja · Av. México y Av. Mezquital, Los Portales, 48315 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through dellagoresidencial.com, the Del Lago Residencial website, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Personal data we collect

Through the site's forms (contact, information request, quiz and newsletter) we collect your name, email, phone number, the message you write, your interest (lot, home, construction or other), your preferred visit date and, in the quiz, your answers about purpose, budget and buying timeline. We also record technical details of the submission: the page you submit from, the referring page, the language and the campaign parameters in the URL (UTM). We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purposes

Primary purposes (needed to handle your request):

  • Responding to your request for information, a quote or a visit to the development.
  • Commercial follow-up about the lots and homes at Del Lago Residencial.

Secondary purposes (not needed to handle your request):

  • Sending you promotional information, news and newsletters about Del Lago Residencial and other CAM Grupo developments.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, email ventas@c21camgrupo.com with the subject "No advertising". You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Opting out of secondary purposes does not affect how we handle your request.

Transfers and processors

We share your data with Century 21 CAM Grupo, which markets the development, for the primary purposes. We also use technology providers that process data on our behalf, some of them outside Mexico:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and cookie-free visitor analytics.
  • Resend: emailing requests to our sales team.
  • Telegram: internal notifications to the sales team.
  • PostHog: site usage measurement (pages viewed and clicks), without cookies.

We do not sell your personal data.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your data (ARCO rights), withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data by emailing ventas@c21camgrupo.com with your name, the right you want to exercise, a clear description of your request and a way to reply to you. We will respond within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or identify individuals. The site only stores in your browser, for the session, the campaign parameters you arrived with (UTM) so they can be sent with your request. We also use PostHog to understand how the site is used (page views and button clicks), configured without cookies and without session recording.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice. Any change will be published on this page with its update date.

Authority

Since March 21, 2025, the new Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (published in the Official Gazette on March 20, 2025) is in force. If you believe your data protection rights were violated, you may contact Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
